This sounds rather odd. I don’t understand how the balance shows as available but the transactions are not showing.Growingold said:

This means the arithmetic is incorrect.0

I've just tried to make a £2k new money transfer from Nationwide but it's bounced back

Mine later showed but as Mondays date 8th instead of when they were received. Messaged them and they said the difference in date refers to the time the payment was processed by them but interest will be calculated from the date it was received by them. Very confusing !!RG2015 said:

They have just confirmed via online chat that if the ISA in question was funded last year by transfer or otherwise, then ISA reactivation form needs to be printed, filled, signed, scanned, and uploaded before new money can be added.simonsmithsays said:I've just tried to make a £2k new money transfer from Nationwide but it's bounced back

Just hit the same problem. Do you have a link to the necessary forms please?Emily_Joy said:

I went into branch and they suggested it was a Tax Form? which they needed to complete online and then submit to the HMRC.
I asked them to deposit £5 cash which went in instantly on my App.
I then transferred £1 from Nationwide and again it went in ok so I then proceeded with a larger amount.
It's a shame this step wasn't committed either on ISA application, with the limited documentation or when the larger amount bounced back.
 Hey ho it's done now0

Today Virgin Money told me I have until 7th May to fund my Virgin 1 Year Fixed Rate Cash ISA Exclusive issue 11 @5.25%.This is regardless of when the account was opened.I opened mine back in March and funded new money in 23-24.From the account opening email - "Even when we stop selling this account, you'll have another 30 days to top up"They also told me I do not have to fill in a new ISA declaration form for 24-25 if I have already signed and posted off the 23-24 declaration form. They also told me I cannot subscribe to and fund another Virgin cash ISA this tax year 24-25 but I am free to open other cash ISA`s with other financial institutions.
