It prevents the transfer from going ahead and says to call them. I’ve now done that and it’s all a bit of a mess. The first instruction was to go to self service in online banking and I could complete the ISS declaration electronically. However, I don’t have any self service option in online banking so that is no good.DJSINGH said:
How are they enforcing that? Ive asked for a transfer and hope it doesn't get blocked..!Money_Grabber13579 said:I’ve just tried to add money to issue 11 and it won’t let me because I have to sign an ISA declaration (even though I did pay money into an ISA with them last tax year). Might take until 7th May to get that all worked through the system…The next instruction was to download a form and upload it again via a link provided. But on that link, it says it’s only for accounts opened via Clydesdale, which mine wasn’t. I might try that link, otherwise I’ll post it off to them.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j1

I opened the ISA in question in March, and funded it via ISA transfers from other providers. Now my plan is to fund it with new money (as I can deposit until early May). Has anyone found out whether it is necessary to send ISA Reactivation form first? (On the form it says reactivation is needed if you haven't subscribed to it in the previous year, I am not sure whether ISA transfers count as subscription, my assumption would be that they don't)...

There was no mention anywhere of reactivation.

Based on my previous experience with Barclays, one learns about the need of reactivation when the payment bounces back 5 days later and a letter arrives through the post advising it is necessary to do so.RG2015 said:

Oh dear. I will keep an eye on it then. I did sign a declaration and send it back to VM when I opened the account.Emily_Joy said:

Is the subscription made on Sunday 7th April still showing as pending? Mine is and I wonder why that is.RG2015 said:

All transactions take two working days to transition from pending to complete.Growingold said:
