    deleted my last post - I quoted a mumsnet thread, where the poster's "DH" did not have your courage. But I dont think its right here. (There are many MN threads regarding gambling addiction.)

  • It's been nearly 8 months on this journey, and while I’m not someone who shares updates daily, it’s important to acknowledge the progress and the struggles along the way.

    This path hasn’t been easy. I still experience urges, and I continue to attend therapy. It's helping, but it’s a slow, steady grind.

    The hardest part is seeing my personal debt and feeling so much anger. Each month, I make progress, but I find myself looking toward the next payday the moment I'm paid, and that can feel disheartening.

    Still, I’ve cleared over £2,600 since starting, and that’s something to be proud of. Progress, no matter how slow, is still progress.
