just had a phonecall - he's got a ruptured spleen and he's had it removed.
he's still in surgery having a blood transfusion, they are trying to get the blood clotting.

my heart is in my mouth -the family have been called in to say goodbye, i cant get there because of the children and i dont have the car atm.my husband has gone to the hospital with a picnic / coffee etc. so at least one of us is there.

IF he lasts another 6 hours he might survive. a consultant is on his way from Oxford apparantly.

he's had his spleen removed however this is not the main problem now- he's had 14 units of blood and his blood pressure has been so low causing the health problems which he now faces, everything seems to be shutting down.

you poor soul you're really going through it. must be so hard to act normal for the children as well. keep your breathing deep, don't give up hope, he's holding on please god let him continue.
