Yes a def plan to do the massage after the RFL, not before! Both of us were very stiff! Must have regular massages though as my back is stiff as a board as left it too long which is, I suspect, why I've been getting so many migraines which for those that have them is miserable!
Going to have a cheap couple of weeks as spent quite alot this week on bits & bobs...feel myself slipping a bit so time to get back on the wagon!

Umm cheap week NOT going to plan!! Forgot that I had meals out planned (1 eve, 2 nights!) but have been cheapish! MUST look weight as back to weeble proportions again which is annoying having done so well last year! Mind you wont start this weekend and enjoying a couple od drniks tonight!
Sorry havent been on much - pretty crappy week so been in my cave more than out of it! So pleased its Friday...have a nice couple of day planned to include potato planting, clothes buying (I have to none fit and general chilling...
Hope youre all ok...will catch up at the weekend! Hugs all!

evening all! Had a nice eve last night but alas paid for red wine...mut stop drinking it cos not worth the side effects - ie migraine! Never mind its been manageable! Has been a nice day despite that and popped into town for cothes and got some bargains! Couple of bras, 2 pairs trousers top skirt and jeans all for under 90 which was in my book impressive! Had a nice snooze & now just chilling while the bread bakes! Mr Weezl popped in to get the potatoes as he was feeling energetic so he has planted! I'll go up tomorrow and plant the flowers that Mrs W has grown for me!! Watching BB but missed last nights...I usually watch the first week then get bored and this will be no different!! Going to watch my DVD and get an earlish night - didnt get to bed until 1am which for me is VERY late!!
PS Neil tickets arrived this am!! soreeeee!!
