such a life of excitement eh sea!! How do we cope! Forgot to say lots of money for my piggy today as sold lots of jam and also slept through the earthquake! No surprise there as have done that before and also slept through 6 firengnes dousing a house a few doors up a couple of years ago! Waking the dead just about does it!!

I've missed It Pays to Watch worked late and then stopped off at Adsa so spent more than i intended to. But did pick up some turkey mince reduced and turkey sausages reduced so they are packed safely in the freezer. guess OH is going to start to experience turkey bolognase, i lived off it as a student when i was on the diet that i actually lost 3 1/2 stone on.
Glad you're feeling a little more with it, i also slept through the quake but i'd guess we were too far away. But then again i once slept through the burglar alarm going off, and it was on the wall outside at the same level as my pillow!

Morning ISOM, sorry i've not posted for a few days i hope you are doing ok? glad that being back at work is going well and don't beat yourself up too much over the wine and fags, you have only just started so it is natural that you are going to lapse occasionally. as time goes by you will get stronger and more able to resist these things!!!
Had to Laugh at LT saying we talked for england and wales!! we sure did that didn't we hon! and judging on the amount of time we chatted ISOM, that cooker timer will DEFINATELY be needed!!!! LOL.

Afternoon all! Am home early as had to see the nurse. All fine & its healing nicely & not infected but NO running for at least 2 weeks but may go swimming when actual woundy bit healed! Feel really tired TBH but going to just push through. Sadly Miss P I dont feel guilty about the wine & then feel guilty for not feeing bad! Its the cals I object to!
I didnt think we chatted for that long P!! Quite a short one for me because I ca talk for England & Wales! I feel I need to represent both camps as I live in Wales & am from England!I can sleep through pretty much anything Taxi and I have to have 2 alarms as have a tendency to turn one off in my sleep & then oversleep on a regular basis! No goss here - just ff to finish piggy, wrap mums mo's day interim pressie (tea!) and her piggy & chutney & post tomorrow hopefully! Same plan as last night where nowt at all got done!
