Eve all...home from a busy day - w***, team lunch and then visit to hospital to see a collegue, home to make strawberry jam and now chilling...pooped! Was meant to be on call but had to swap so will now be on tomorrow instead...discovered a new prog called dangerous jobs for the girls tom night on c4! Its v. good! Secret millionairre today which I also enjoy..hope youre all ok!

oo sorry! Got home very grumpy and tired and chatted to my mum and then flopped! by the time I'd done all the chores etc it was about 9 so I ran out of steam. Just popping in now too as off to babysit. re budgets no havent been kidnapped by weezl's but hope to see them soon...I was a bit shattered and embarassed last week as went to the wrong cinema and it was the final straw in a long and very bad day...(so tired I nearly cried!). Am in tomorrow night but hope to make a cake for a bday on Sat night and meal in teh eve. SW has been a disaster this week but tbh I've got alot on at the moment with finishing work for the op, getting ready for op & then recovering from op that I'll deal with it after.
Not looking forward to the hassle and pain, esp as I know how much it will hurt. Plus my mum gets very upset when I'm poorly so also have to try and be brave but she knows me too well so that never fools her!
Have told allotment sec that I wont be able to do owt for a while but will do the loo this w/e. Also just back from meeting my new age concern lady who seems nice. Must also take alfie for his 2nd jab before my op - cute psychotic creature that he is!
budget has gone somewhat awry generally this month so need to get back on track. Totals will go up a tad I suspect this month but will sort it! So hard to get a balance isnt it eh! Thankfully the kit that I need for now with the quilting is now here and I'm almost done on my first one but need to unpick a bit as a line is out and also need to then put all 3 together - when I suss out how!! Doing well with mums cushion and will post a piccie when I finish it - which I must do this week as she is here next week so cant do it then!! off to catch up quickly before I go out...hugs all.

Hi all...so pleased its Friday! Two busy weeks in a row...finally get to sit down which is a relief on me ole pins! Made my cake and plan for the w/e is finish cake tomorrow am, may go to town to get bday pressie but if not will do a tidy and washing in the am and then hopefully get the fabric for my kimono dressing gown. Will then come home and have a pamper before beng picked up for dinner by my friend and having acocktails before dinner! Really looking forward to t 0 friends I've worked with - some moved on, some havent and we all have a good gas, nice food and a few bevvies and then its allotment, hospital visit and finishing tidying sunday with some hangover relef along the way and snoozes! babysitting was fine but they didnt get back till nearly 1am so I was shatered today! more dosh though and it pays for tomorrow...

Sounds like a busy weekend after those two manic weeks. Cocktails and dinner sound great. Hope you get to have those snoozes. They are invaluble at the weekends arent they?
