OOh honey! You did sound like Catherine Tate's Gran for a minute there!
Swearing Gran is fab - everything's a "@#$!- ing Liberty!"
I tried not to watch Apprentice after Simon got booted off but I did watch the interview episode. The dark haired lady with the tough up bringing should have won in my opinion - but at least it wasn't The Weasel!
My hamster used to sleep snuggled up with the cat when I let her out to play. The cat didn't seem to mind.

Well I'm back but bushed cos it was a looong day! Got to the station early (always a bit of a must be there in case of emergencies kind of girl!) and the train...was cancelled! Next one an hour later so frantic trying to get hold of my old boss but firgot she has an international phone so finally remembered I needed to use 0017 code! Thankfully got there i time for a quick lunch and then seeing "my babies" playing which was very impressive! Its funy to see how their characters remain much the same - M still the extrovert one with sticky up hair & not wanting to miss a trick while C is still the quiter and more serious of the two - very like his dad! Embarassed them both by tales of them as babies (which I think they secretly like in a squirmy way!!) ...went briefly to the tate modern & all agreed that we didnt like the art and some of it quite disturbing! On the outside is a huge image of a guy pointing a gun at you and next to it a man with a very dangly willy hanging down!! Can imagine lots of kids giggling at that one! Had a lovely day & reminded them that they will always be MY babies - whether they are taller than me or not (which they have been for a couple of years now!)! They paid for my trip so all in all it cost me about 20 which was worth it for a lovely day! Bob remains alive & well and his wheel seems to be the favorite toy!! Unlike us DFW's on our debt hamster wheel he seems not to want to get off lol! Hope youre all ok!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! AM i on...i hope so, blistering barnacle infested internet connection.....grrrr!!
Well what can i say? Hmmm naming a hamster after my doppleganger?
Hope baby Bob lives to a ripe old life...just don't say i didn't warn you, when he goes all chucky like on you! As he stares at you whilst muttering away on his wheel, then leaving yellow pee marks on the wall....not yours? Hmm must have been my russian mafia gangsta one then...hehehe
Sounds like you had a very nice day..Tate modern sounds weird but then it always was! All my babies look down on me as well, constantly remind me my roots need doing ..little blighters!
Right lets see if this one posts.BOB XBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
yeah ot posted!! Are you saying that you peee all over the wall & go all chucky bob?!! Luckily I didnt have to give birth to my babies and neither do I have to feed & clothe em!! Hope you sort the internet connection out soon and that its more reliable than !!!!!! great western we wont tell you trains cancelled trains but will still charge you nearly a hundred quid for a poxy day return & wont let you reserve a seat, despite the fact that you need to cos we cancelled your last train and then will make you watch two trains leave withot you cos its not 6.30pm...Dont you just love em! I can only begin to imagine the total frustration the poor sods who have to go every day on the 5.55am train & not get home until 8pm feel...I'd rather go bankrupt and loose my house TBH. Never again will I moan about my 20 minute door to door commute...well until the next time theres an accident in the malpas tunnel and I sit for hours on the M4!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
