Secondly, I absolutely do not wish you were a different person. Every time I see both your name and profile pic it makes me smile - they are both so brightening in the world 😊❤️
I think you might need some help if things are really starting to look that dark. The Samaritans are always available - I’ve rung them myself in the past when alone and scared and they were lovely.Sending hugs, big glittery, sunshiney ones

HotDog2020 said:Today has been a bit off, first I went over my budgeted spending money with buying snacks 7p over money for the week (although it was a tight budget) and then I got a refund for something faulty Which I will get £52.98 back, then out of control, I had all the good options in front of me, and I selected to go into non budgeted spending for a takeaway pizza. I think because I am trying to get a treadmill returned I think I have money to burn which I don't and until it is finalised I won't know where I am at financially, so I feel at a loose end. I feel I should give myself the rest of the refund money as spending money so I have something if I am desperate, but try my best not to do anything else that is irrational. So that will leave £26.41 spending money for the rest of the week. The plan for tomorrow and I really want this is to have my first NS day and get myself in order. Maybe come up with my new aim for the rest of the month and reorganise myself, I need to see the treadmill safely returned and complete that part of my life. Also I haven't done anything health boosting, eating unhealthy snacks and a takeaway and no walking, I will probably end the whole saga soon with an untimely death, sorry to be so bleak, I wish I was a different person, and I believe everyone around me does too.

@HotDog2020 just want to second everything KajiKita, Nervous1234 and ilovetea have already said - absolutely no one wants you to be a different person - I'm sure everyone here and everyone you know wishes you the absolute best. You keep showing up every day for the battle, which is such a hard thing to do. I hope and pray you find a way through when things seem dark. I have PM'd you as well xx4

Hey @HotDog2020, I can’t see your post now, please don’t be so hard on yourself, don’t put yourself under pressure to achieve anything. Sometimes getting through the day is enough. Hour by hour or minute by minute. Be kind to you, it’s always the best way. Your best is good enough.3
