Secondly, I absolutely do not wish you were a different person. Every time I see both your name and profile pic it makes me smile - they are both so brightening in the world 😊❤️ 
I think you might need some help if things are really starting to look that dark. The Samaritans are always available - I’ve rung them myself in the past when alone and scared and they were lovely.

Today was my first NSD for March! Tomorrow it will not be, as I have plans for a pub lunch with friends after a dog walk, so I’ll report back (hopefully) Monday.

It sounds like you are having a really bad day today but please don’t be so harsh on yourself. Everyone has slip ups. Get a good nights sleep and start afresh tomorrow. Start your budget again for the month from tomorrow and make it a budget you can stick to. Whilst spending nothing all month helps pay off debt etc it’s not sustainable and will make you miserable. Make it your mission not to add to your debt and pay off your debt at a rate which you can do without making yourself miserable and feeling worthless.  No one is worthless and everyone means something to someone, the world would not be a better place without you in it so please reach out for professional help if you need it.
