I may be in line for redundancy (or maybe not)...
Fingers crossed
Now that would be great timing....

Well the dustmen actually DO come round on a Wednesday at our place; but I'm usually rudely awakened by my missus getting up for work!

I don't have a typical day, which to me is the beauty of retirement. I like to aim for a list of three things to be done (this doesn't include the normal stuff like housework, grocery shopping etc)
Today's list is
1 - Morning aquatherapy class at local leisure centre
2 - Faff around with spreadsheets and make sure all funds are where they need to be for the next week or so
3 - Pack for short break in Tenerife, booked on a whim a couple of weeks ago and heading off tomorrow ☀️4 -
I couldn't do a short break to Tenerife. I'd need at least 10 days as it takes so long to get there.hornetgirl said:I don't have a typical day, which to me is the beauty of retirement. It's completely flexible. No things can also be an option, although it doesn't happen often. I like having a list and things to tick off. All three are ticked today, so even though not much effort was involved it still feels like I've achieved something 😂kimwp said:(as in three things sounds a lot).
