Morning Diary world, hope everyone having a decent weekend..currently sat having a nice earned cuppa. Up bright and early today and done the long overdue tip runs, slowly getting declutter on track
This weekend had a few needed spends as had to buy some new work wear ( this is my reminder I need to get working on my fitness again 😳)
Plan for rest of day is a bit of life admin n F1

Hope you can work with your employer to secure a better balance at work mate. No answers for the sleep and diet other than I remind myself with both that we all have ups and downs - always had massive problems with sleep but these past couple of years I've struggled to stick to a diet, always !!!!!! craving sugar and carbs - have to be really disciplined. It's useful to weigh yourself everyday too - helps to get on top of weight gain quicker.1

Work is something I am working on, I have managed to switch off this weekend which is a positive.3 -
@FootyFanDan glad to hear you're actively working on a balance mate.
If you're not doing resistance training, all the food which went on fuelling muscle piles on as fat which is why you suddenly can't 'eat what you want'. Idk I'm not overweight or anything but I do have to be really !!!!!! militant about it to not slip into eating too much and moving too little ha.

haha, I am not really over weight, but as someone who was in the same size clothes and weighed about 10stone for 20 odd years it is deffo clear the eating junk crap and having a office job is not a good combo 😂
Work is something that is in progress, I have started to be able to trade off some of the extreme technical stuff that is above my current capacity to colleagues in trade for some of their tasks and jobs that are small projects that they haven't had time to do and I am comfortable with, so that has helped. I am extremely busy for the next 6-7 weeks then I have annual leave booked when some of my projects complete. So I am just keeping my head down and cracking on.

Not really checked in much here as finance stuff seems to be ticking along fine at the moment, we are in that place where only real expenses are food / petrol and then breakfast club.
Decluttering is going well and we have cleared a lot of the living area of boxes - although I am sure we must be a storage place for Amazon, coz their boxes are appearing everywhere. We need to declutter the back cupboard so we can have some space to get other things currently blocking kitchen in there so that might be a weekend task.
hope everyone is doing well
