    The suggestion was that you show us the Notice of Discontinuance.

    No-one is suggesting that you are making it up, far from it, but real evidence is needed to convince Government that something more needs to be done.

    away out the country and just received an email from a Shannon Robinson from DCB legal with a witness statement attached that’s over 100 pages long 

    Stating it’s for a hearing on September 11th

    I have all my documents together and I haven’t received any letter from the courts about a hearing on September 11th. As far as I’m aware my next hearing is 22nd November 

    any advice on what to do?

    Phone the Court and find out what's going on.
