    If the o/p was more casual than I'd have been about trying to get the case struck, but that's pretty on the ball by the Court to be fair. Chapeau.

  • As many of you know I still have a couple of claims ongoing with DCB legal regarding the same building (where I used to live) I just received this letter through the door today. What does this mean? Its very vague

    It wouldn't be necessary to contact the court at all if the claimant actually complied with their obligations under the CPR and sent a copy of their letter to the defendant. 
  • So this doesn’t mean it’s been struck out 
  • Never mind checked an old email addressed of mine they emailed on the 1st August
