That link isn't yet working but should later I assume: https://www.nationwide.co.uk/about-us/fairer-share/check-if-eligible
Fairer Share Payment
Fairer Share payment: Full eligibility criteria can be found here. In summary:
- Current account: To be a qualifying current account, your account must have been open on 31 March 2024. See here for further criteria. Qualifying members must still have a current account in June.
- Savings: You will have had qualifying savings if you had at least £100 in total in one or more personal savings accounts or cash ISAs with Nationwide at the end of any day in March 2024.
- Mortgage: To be a qualifying mortgage, you must owe us at least £100 on your Nationwide residential mortgage on 31 March 2024
Edited to add that that link is now working.2 -
You can check if you'll be getting the payment if you use the chat in online banking. I've just done so and once again I've qualified for the £100 for having money in a regular saver with them (8% this time) and regularly bouncing money through my Nationwide current account on its way to other regular savers.1

There's also this bond:Nationwide is launching a highly competitive Member Exclusive Bond offering a rate of 5.5 per cent AER/gross (fixed) for 18 months and available to all 16 million existing members. Max deposit 10k .And also a switch offer:
For existing members (as at 31 March) who currently do not use Nationwide for their everyday banking, Nationwide is offering a £200 Member Exclusive Current Account Online Switch Offer.

You can also check by clinking (in the App) on Products and Savings to see if you're offered the 5.5% Member Savings BondBridlington1 said:You can check if you'll be getting the payment if you use the chat in online banking. Eligibility check link is working now

I think the criteria might be different though, ie for the bond you just needed to be a member, but for the fairer share payment there were additional criteria ( which i think i may have fallen foul of, as I stupidly forgot to make 2 payments out in March...😠🙄)simonsmithsays said:

It might become clearer later, but does qualifying for the £100 exclude you from doing a CASS for the £200?
I have a couple of accounts I could trim (only use one obv)
Will only get to "keep" £80 of the Fairer Share" if nationwide report it as "interest " again, like last year, but I'll still take the £80.
No doubt there will be a thread soon from all those who miss out again 🤷♂️0 -
I would assume so, as the wording iswiseonesomeofthetime said:It might become clearer later, but does qualifying for the £100 exclude you from doing a CASS for the £200?

"For existing members (as at 31 March) who currently do not use Nationwide for their everyday banking, Nationwide is offering a £200 Member Exclusive Current Account Online Switch Offer putting them in prime position to receive a Fairer Share payment in future years."
If you are eligible for the Fairer Share £100 now that means they classify you as currently using Nationwide for your everyday banking, so the implication is that the £200 switch is not for you. but the £100 is.
Edited to add: As you were - it seems my assumption may be wrong, as there's no mention of any such exclusion in the switch wording linked to in changearound1's post below which links to https://www.nationwide.co.uk/-/assets/nationwidecouk/documents/current-accounts/resources/p4258-member-exclusive-online-switch-offer.pdf0 -
