    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
    - OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term

    Thank you all. Luckily no storm damage personally but there are trees down everywhere and driving is still a bit scary.

    Finally feeling a little better so I went for a swim today during a break, glad to get back.

    Being that I am feeling a bit flush I treated myself to a heated throw so I am snuggled up in that this evening. Hibernating would be nice…

    Payday! £650 across to mortgage and date has come forward a couple of months, there’s an extra £500 overpayment to be taken with my mortgage payment at the beginning of February.

    Only aiming to claw back another 5.5 years😂
