I ran outside for the first time in ages and it’s so much easier than on a treadmill! Then went to get tyres, none in stock but have appointment for tomorrow afternoon.
Walked into town to buy a present for a friend and suddenly realised how few shops there are in my town these days😳
I have eaten healthy food all day and tracked everything - surely that final half a stone will be gone tomorrow 🙏

Well done on getting our for a run 😊

Hahahaha to the tracking for one day and that half stone will have dropped off …😉 I gave myself a break from all the tracking last week as it was getting on top of me. It was interesting to observe which of my habits have shifted … not enough, but some, which I found encouraging. I didn’t lose but didn’t gain last week 😊

If only KK, my hardest time is having to eat in my car when working. I have just been grabbing something in the shops or taking a sandwich but today I have homemade soup - chickpea and tomato - zero points and tasty!

Need to start the car up and get it scraped, it’s frosty out there today. New tyres later so that will be most of my car savings gone😱

👏 for the HM soup for warmth, frugality and calorie control 😊

But at least the new tyres have cash waiting for them, it won’t end up on a CC 😊

New tyres are on🎉 I worked this morning and had the afternoon off so gym, tidying up and tyres. Also picked up a new to me skirt which is lovely - I bought the dark denim version last week and black this week😂 I can see them being worn to death and great value at a fiver each.

That’s fantastic news, well done 😊

As an aside, I love it when you find a piece of clothing that really suits and you can buy it in more than one colour 😊
