Thanks KK, it was at the weekend. There was cake😂

I was doing so well a few weeks back and there was much soup eaten, I must get back to that.

Almost pay day, plan made for March and I have spent a lot of money on some personal training sessions. I feel like I was getting nowhere alone so hopefully this will work! If not I’m not tied in so no biggie.
Not much of an OP for March as spare funds will be heading to the boiler fund😴

I did the same with the personal training thing. It’s been absolutely transformative 😊 Hope you enjoy yours as much.

I hope so KK, I looked at different gyms and options but wasn’t sure if I would use the weights if not prompted to do so😂 I have also entered a 10k in May so hoping to have improved my strength and fitness by then. At the end of the day I want to get MF but I want to be fit as possible when I retire so an investment in me.

The guy I'm training with is starting from ground level basics atm with me, so I am barely using weights so far - mainly body weight and some bands. You wouldn't believe how hard some of it is and I'm only moving ME around!! 🤣

I was aware that my fitness was only declining. I have a long way to go before getting to MF / retirement (13 years or so?) and I need to be fitter to sustain working and some kind of quality of life 😊

I am ten years off my official retirement age but don’t want to work until then and like you I felt my fitness was declining KK. Time to sort myself out.

In other news the cat discovered earlier that she could open the front door as my father and sister were in and it was unlocked so she’s now annoyed as she has been trying to do this for the last minutes and it’s locked now! Whiney girl!

Successful day today! Line dance class, lunch then I got stuck into the garden. I cleared a big patch then started taking down a metal pergola that I had given up on as the shade kept ripping, got a text from DS who was going to pop in and he came over and helped with the dismantling. He’s going pop by tomorrow with a van from work and take it and a load of old wood to the tip🎉
