Reply and ask if they are deliberately avoiding compliance with the BPA CoP clause (whatever it is that talks about pausing debt recovery: QUOTE IT).
Tell them they and UKPC will now be reported by the end of this month to the BPA for breach of the Code, unless the clause is complied with and the PCN reissued.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Report them to the BPA - as per @Coupon-mad's advice.lilhazzaman said:Sorry to bump this - any advice massively appreciated! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks.Am I correct in thinking that even if they do take me to court, I won’t get a CCJ providing I pay the fine (if a fine is given)?0

There's no fine involved.
There will also be no CCJ. See the NEWBIES thread which explains why there's no risk with what we do, even if you lost at a court hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks again.
I've made a complaint to the BPA referencing their refusal to abide by the ACOP. I really don't want to budge, the entire industry is abhorrent.
Thanks.

I’ve just got a response from BPA directing me to complain directly to UKPC, and from UKPC saying that they support their own decision and it’s now in the hands of DCB Legal regardless.Help!0

You don't need help. Clearly you must tell the BPA that your complaint to UKPC is already exhausted.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
