DCB Letter of Claim - SAR Request?

*Sorry, I’ll be changing my V5C tomorrow as I genuinely didn’t realise that I needed to do that.0

Can be done online on the DVLA website. Should only take five minutes.lilhazzaman said:*Sorry, I’ll be changing my V5C tomorrow as I genuinely didn’t realise that I needed to do that.
Now you need to write with great urgency to both UKPC and DCBLegal instructing them to remove your old address from their records and replacing it with your current address.
Failure to do that will result in a Claim being raised at your old address without your knowledge and a Default Judgment filed against you when you don't respond.
You then have even more work, and a substantial cost, to unravel that mess.1 -
Yep, on it!!After I’ve done that, is there anything I can do about this fine?0

Please re-read my latest post. I have added stuff to it.0

Lovely, thanks. I’ve done so and will report back.0

Did you not think to yourself why you were not receiving the Vehicle Tax Reminder? Of course, VED may not have been due yet.lilhazzaman said:*Sorry, I’ll be changing my V5C tomorrow as I genuinely didn’t realise that I needed to do that.1 -
But that was already done in the response I gave you to send. You'd already told them to erase the old address and note the correct address for service.lilhazzaman said:Lovely, thanks. I’ve done so and will report back.
Why don't you just quote the new BPA CoP at them and make UKPC reissue the PCN and pause debt recovery?
It's what that new clause is there for.
Then add a sentence telling them AGAIN that DRA and/or 'Admin fees' DO fall within the scope of VAT and before you report them to HMRC you want to check whether their client is paying them the VAT on top of all these fees - and that DCB are paying HMRC - or are they suggesting that this £70 DRA fee is actually VAT-exempt?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That’s incredibly useful thanks, will do. Am I correct in thinking you’re referring to 31.8 on the new ACoP?0
