The terms say that they will pay within 7 calendar days. That does not mean that payments are made on all of those calendar days. A switch can only complete on a banking day, and there will always be several banking days within the 7 calendar days thereafter. Even if your switch completed the day before Good Friday, there would be 3 banking days on which the incentive could be paid within the 7 calendar day limit.

I know a switch can complete Monday-Saturday! So hopefully £200 in on weekends maybe not Sunday

Nearly. Got RBS bonus in 2019, NatWest and Ulster in 2023, RBS again this year.

A switch cannot complete on a Saturday. Suggest you read up on the Current Account Switching Service.

Didn’t know that but thought bonus can be paid on a Saturday

as it doesn't say working/business days unless I am from! Does NW pay out in Saturdays or am I wrong?

Once again, 7 days gives the bank a choice of days on which to pay it. They don't have to make payments on all of those days. They could fulfil these terms and only make payments on Wednesdays if they liked. Or they could make payments on Monday-Friday with the exception of public holidays.
