Yesterday started occasional slow page downloading today every page taking ages to download, forum virtually unusable.2

I've had 5 504s in the last 3 hours, 50% of the rest are slow, the other 50% are OKSomething's wrong1

Started yesterday evening, and is now Very Slow most of the time and getting the Cloudflare/Vanilla timeout approx every 4 threads opened.
Sometimes when submitting a post it times out and says "try again later", but the post HAS submitted and if you submit again you get a duplicate (it did this when I first submitted this comment)

This is what I get frequently today2

It's taken several attempts to upload this image and post this reply. It's as broken as the country at the moment. It's incredibly slow today, and the above time-out's are frequent. Being the weekend though, I imagine we'll hear something tomorrow around the web developers changing things around again, and breaking it, again.Stay positive though eh?

The forums are unusable today. Is MSE suffering a DDoS attack?

I've also noticed (when the forum does load) that there are quite a few duplicate threads going on. It'll be a busy morning tomorrow tidying up. If only there were volunteers that happened to be around on weekends that could keep on top of such things going wrong, instead of having to wait until the next working day.

What happened?
The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and Vanilla timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.
What can I do to resolve this?
Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, you can contact the site owner to let them know you were unable to reach the website.
