Send it as a PDF.
It is often suggested here that you send your Witness Statement and evidence as late as possible. for two reasons...- In the hope of receiving the Claimant's submission first and being able to challenge their assertions in your WS.
- To avoid them having the opportunity to pull apart your WS and evidence when writing theirs.
2 - In the hope of receiving the Claimant's submission first and being able to challenge their assertions in your WS.

I have checked a few WS statement including the one I used. There is no reference to address. However the document I received from the court states I must include it. Why does mine say that? Guessing I can just put next to my name0
-
But all example WS say:
"I am {NAME} of {ADDRESS}..."
That's a standard start for a WS. Or aren't you talking about your address?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!Gladstones wasted so much time & money on this case. What a catalogue of crap!
They filed a claim (£35) in 2021 - is that right? - then let it go dormant then suddenly decided to proceed (after you moved house) 2 years later. They thought they'd got a CCJ a year ago, sent a couple of letters threatening enforcement, then the CNBC sorted out the unfairness/error and accepted your DQ,
Then they reacted to the claim being struck out by reissuing 'updated' (full) POC on the order of the Judge in early September. Might have cost them a £119 application fee at that point. Even if not, that took time and effort.
Then they took one look at your WS bundle last month and discontinued exactly 14 days before the hearing - hah!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes is was all the way from 2021. Was so close to getting that CCJ but just about got it cancelled. Had to really push CNBC.
Got there in the end. Thanks as always @Coupon-mad. You always put so much effort into replying to everyone.1
