You can google that as well as the next person.     

Since early September you have been asked to show us the Particulars of Claim.
I.e. the Particulars, or detail, of the Claim against you. 

Can you please just show us a picture of the contents of the Particulars of Claim box on your Claim Form? With personal detail hidden of course.

Just looked at what is "POC" means and read the document on that onedrive link. Im sure all the pics are there.

There 6 documents on that link. Can you see this

eg Document 1 is "Document of services" which is a copy of the contract
Document 2 is the sign
Document 3 is the survey document

I can see they reissued updated (full) POC on the order of the Judge in early September.

So that Judge will have also ordered on the same court letter that you can now amend your defence. What's that deadline?

Do you want to amend your defence based on their new evidence?

Yes I do but depending if its required or not.

Not long left and wouldn't know what to amend. Its very soon. 7th October 4pm

Is there anything in their detailed POC and photos that makes you want to change the defence?

As per above I had another claim during same period where I did a witness statement. 

I feel the following is relevant copied from my witness statement from the other claim (same circumstances) In a matter of a few days I got 2 tickets as it was my place of work where my permit fell down on the floor on these days. Can this be added to a defense? or wait for a witness statement stage (if it gets to that stage) as need to put these points across as are very relevant.
