This is so unfair isn't it. Mainly due to the fact it was sent to incorrect address. As I have raised a query. Can they practically do anything? Stop it somehow?

Although wont be applying for anything eg loans but its that risk factor.  Just cannot afford a CCJ on my records.

It is looking like I might need to pay by the looks of it.

They'll tell you to do an application to set it aside.  I wouldn't pay it.

Most cases have win set aside on this forum?

If you win presume CCJ is completely removed and no sign of it.

Do you receive a refund for the fee you paid for set aside?

I have read and it said if you get a good judge he will make claimant pay the £225

Is there a possibility I could win, CCJ removed but do not get set aside fee back?

My fine is £300 so kinda pointless doing set aside if I do not get the fee back as might as well pay the £300.

If 24/01 was judgement date. Presume I have to pay today?

An Update. Is this normal?

As you are aware a query was raised by moneyclaim when I rang few weeks ago.

I then rang on Monday this week. I really had a go at them ( nothing rude). Just generally how unfair this case has been handled. I really pushed for them to mark as Urgent. Lady on the phone was very helpful. No idea what she did but seemed to have work.

I rang again today for an update on the query. My calls seemed to have worked.

As i did send a DQ form they said this has passed to my local court. Did ask as I receive a letter from Gladstones that they will apply CCJ within 30 days. Can they still do it. They said they wont be able to apply a judgement as now passed to court.

Is his normal. Presume I am just back to stage where DQ is submitted

Send a screenshot of that MCOL History to Gladstones and tell them the CNBC has acted upon my complaint and the case is now allocated to Preston Court for a hearing.  You must now ERASE the old postal address you were using and note that my address for service in 2024 is NEW ADDRESS which has also been communicated to the courts.

Has CNBC erased your old address?

If unsure, send them AND Preston Court an address rectification now with the new address.

E-Mailed Gladstones to remove address and CNBC have New address. 
Did send screenshot to Gladstones that it has been sent to Preston.

However I have received the letter below. Can they still do this?  as it is now allocated to Preston. Can they enforce CCJ and or instruct a baliff as not with CNBC anymore. When I called CNBC before I received the letter they did say they will not be able to apply for a CCJ now. Not sure what to make of the letter.
