RBS app - Credit Cards not showing today

Subject says it all!  I have two, and they showed yesterday but not today.  I can see them on the web.  Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, my 2 went off my mobile app for a couple of hours yesterday AM and then came back.  Today the have gone again and still not back.  Never had that before and I am logging in several times in a day.
  • My CC was showing in my RBS app yesterday and today, I never noticed it going missing.
  • My credit card accounts not showing (android app).

Wonder if that means I no longer have to clear them 🤔🤣🤣🤣
  • Strange that mine is still showing (and never went missing as far as I'm aware) when so many people, here and elsewhere, are reporting theirs not showing. I'm also on android.

Mines have re-appeared.  As it's the cards I am not too concerned and will keep an eye over the next week.

And they are back!  Just as well, one of my cards is a balance transfer card and the app is the preferred way of managing.  Can't do on the web, the only alternative is to call.

  • I have the same with Natwest where Credit Card disappeared from the app but is visible via online banking and payment notifications from that credit card are still sent by the app. No idea why its taking so long to fix it as mine is missing for 2 days now.

And they vanished again this morning.  Back for now, but I can't do a planned Balance Transfer - "Service Currently Available.  Please try again later".    I have a few weeks to complete the transfer, so not too concerned at this stage.

My natwest card is missing for a month now. There was an app update a few days ago but made no difference. All you get is a note popup on login saying they are aware and dealing. Time to look for a new credit card.

Odd, my NatWest BT card has been on the NatWest app for at least a year and had no issues with it, maybe it's app version or OS issue? Works ok on Android anyway

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
