I see when I was with Nationwide the bank statements were ok,
folded in 3 & put in small DL envelope!I have seen better! Thought they pushed for 3 month statements or online only!0 -
My Nationwide current account is a FlexDirect, so paperless statements are compulsory for me. That's fine as far as I'm concerned. I download and store them, but rarely ever look at them. I rely on AceMoney and their Internet Bank. As long as they agree (and I frequently check them against one another), all is well.If you have statements posted, they'd still be fine folded in three and put in a DL window envelope.0

I had an online message chat with NW re lack of statements last week. I was initially fobbed off but after seeing this thread and telling them that they admitted there was an issue. They told me a new firm had been employed to issue new statements in February but they were working through a backlog of 1-2months so statements would be issued eventually. I hope this is the case but we'll wait and see.1

I can see statements online from February onwards but nothing for January which is the specific one I need.Looks like it won’t be generated either as December 2023 and February 2024 have sequential statement numbers.0

Surely the transactions you need to see are on the February one?

Nationwide have just confirmed they are not generating a January statement and are now unable to generate one.

... why? Can't you just create yourself an 'interim' one based on the transactions which had happened by Jan 1st?
