sky broadband wireless setup help!?

Laptop worked wirelessly and then bought sky broadband. Set up the broadband but as soon as i did my laptop lost its wireless capabilities.

Have tried all the manual stuff and taken off all my security settings because i was told it could be that be the problem but no joy.

THe laptop recognises the router and connects but it just won't display any web pages. It will as soon as i plug the yellow wire in though!

ANy help would be great. I can give more info if needed.

thanks,

Good luck! I had the same problem and despite VERY helpful and patient MSE'ers (including espresso) I couldn't get it to work. It's something I'll be trying again before I go back to work so will be watching this thread with interest :)

Why is it annoying you, it's easy to set-up wireless if you follow the simple instructions.
