This is the letter of claim. 
They need a response in 30 days from the date of the letter despite it arriving 8 days later.  The date they marked for reply is 07/09/24.

The justice system is not specifically for small claims, so has mandatory procedures and some forms may apply, so might apply for tenants owing rent, or people owing small businesses etc, its not suitable for private parking company charges, so although the LoC should be read and responded to, it is not mandatory for you to use the financial forms 

The only response to an LoC about a private parking charge is what coupon mad wrote in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
