I have read both template letters, I think this one https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80421536/#Comment_80421536 is the one I should be using to send to bwlegal.
The letter is a bit harsh so I may reword it a little.
Should I add the registered keeper was not in the country at the time of the parking notice or is it not worth adding any further information?

It is meant to be harshly worded.  This is no time to be polite and IMHO not a firm to be polite to (they don't deserve respect IMHO).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks, I take the advice.
I am not used to dealing with such companies but I will use the provided template and change my mindset.

For anyone else who had dealt with BW Legal, is the the correct and working mailbox for this letter: disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk
Do they give a delivery or auto-reply to confirm receipt of the email or do I need to follow up or CC another mailbox?
I don't want them saying I never responded.
    Thank you.

I think a lot of their emails bounce.

These (IMHO dubious 'legal') firms deliberately put obstacles in the way of the public contacting them except by phone where they reportedly lie and intimidate people. Hence NEVER phone them!

Just received this generic reply to the email I sent over last week asking for the information in the earlier posted email.  I don't think it warrants a reply as the email I sent was clear.

    Good Morning
