Ok, comments for my appeal ready to send.

Are there any glaringly obvious bits I have missed or not gone to town on?

The operator did not provide me with the relevant documents at the time the NTH was sent. These documents included were only for the case file, pg 13-18.

There appears to be some ‘misinterpretation’ of my appeal by the operator in the fact they think I admitted I was driving the vehicle.

“The appellant has confirmed that they were driving when contravention occurred and the breach of terms and conditions not adhered to. “

As you can see further on in their evidence I have not stated who was driving the vehicle at any point in my appeal

The operator has provided full date stamped photographs for the case file of the vehicle, but the images on the NTH are not compliant with Section 21.5a of the BPA Code of Practice. They have been altered and cropped to fit on the NTH, especially apparent on the colour image of the numberplate. 

The images provided showing the parking terms are  ‘zoomed’ in images and the writing of the £100 fine is tiny and written in smaller print. There is no official time stamp on the picture provided on pg24 and there is nothing to show how close the car was to the sign when parked.
