Eurocar Parks Ticket- Acorn Retail Park

Hi all,
From what I have read, I followed the newbies thread exactly, and have read it multiple times. I am still on Plan A, I approached the 3 stores via socials: smyths toys say they have no contact with the land owners and can do nothing about my £60 charge which is now £120 due to the hire car company charging me £60 for admin fees. May I add here, Euro Car Parks haven’t sent me the “penalty” letter yet the first notification I got was the £60 being taken from my account by Auxillis (the hire car company). I was told my details have been passed onto Euro car parks as the driver of the car. But I wanted to get ahead and get this cancelled (if possible), as I can see when I log on their system it is there so I suspect it will be a matter of weeks before it is sent to me.
I think I overstayed by either 20 minutes or 1hr 20 mins I am not sure if it is a 2 or 3 hour car park.

The second store M&S say they can’t do anything and the third store Aldi haven’t responded.
Should I continue with the social approach or head into their stores and seek out the store managers?

Any help would be greatly received, as you may appreciate in this climate £120 is a lot of food. And the only reason I was in the hire car was because someone drove into me!
Many thanks

Keep going with the stores and tell them that if they want to retain your custom and that of your friends and family, they should do their utmost to cancel the PCN. Alternatively, if it is a large retail park, there may well be some information about the landowner or their agents on the welcome plinth - worth chasing them. Also, you should tell the Hire Car Company to use the tear-off transfer of liability slip to inform the PPC that you are the lessee/hirer. They cannot possibly know who was driving on the day, unless they were standing in the car park with you. You should also tell them NOT to pay it, refer them to the BVRLA rules.1

my £60 charge which is now £120 due to the hire car company charging me £60 for admin fees. May I add here, Euro Car Parks haven’t sent me the “penalty” letter yet.You could try appealing online BUT NOT SAYING WHO WAS DRIVING.
Tick 'lessee/hirer' and say no Notice to Hirer has arrived yet but xxxxx firm has passed the first notice to you and confirmed they have transferred liability to the hirer. You are disputing the charge and have seen no evidence of a breach or who was driving, so you require further evidence, images of the contract in the sign, close up ANPR images of all entries/exits by that car in that day, and a POPLA code.
DON'T type phrases like 'I don't know how long I was there' or 'I was shopping'. DO NOT give away the driver.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am writing in relation to an administration charge received from Auxillis Ltd where they have passed the first notice to me and confirmed they have transferred liability to the vehicles hirer, but no Notice to Hirer has arrived. I am therefore disputing the charge and have seen no evidence of a breach or who was driving, so I require further evidence, images of the contract in the sign, close up ANPR images of all entries/exits by that car in that day, and a POPLA code.

I’ve had a reply! Rejecting it, all of the supporting documents attached, the notice to hirer and the POPLA number etc.
Do I have the energy to take this on?!0 -

Search for those words. Copy one from last year (not a really old one). You can't lose.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
