Thanks, the payment for admin fees has already been taken. They had my details on file 😫.
Yes... which is why you dispute it.

  • Ok, I will get onto the credit company tomorrow.

Meanwhile I have just sent in my POPLA appeal, EVERYTHING CROSSED!!
  • Sorry me again! 46 pages of evidence sent from EURO car parks, I know this is to scare me.. but I don’t know what to say to it.
  • Should I add it here?

No thanks, we don't need to see it all and this is your case, so you are best placed to spot the holes in the POPLA evidence.

Nothing to worry about and under 50pages is low!

Instead of showing it all to us, read through it with a critical eye and tell us how they have answered your main point about no hirer liability.

Show us the landowner authority document.

They have provided a trail of how they got the hirer details, with NTH sent to 2 companies and then named me. I can’t see they have responded to hirer liability.
I note they have said “ the appellant has confirmed that they  were driving when contravention occurred and to e breach of terms and conditions were no adhered to”

it then goes on to say I appealed it and it says I did not confirm or dispute that I was the driver on the day in question.

The landowner document is from 2017, attached below
