Even though they've taken the admin fee, you can ask your credit card company to put a hold on the payment, which will be refunded and then investigated by the credit card company.

You just need to tell them that you are disputing the payment as the agreement doesn't cover an administration fee for a speculative invoice from an unregulated private parking company. Therefore, they had no right to charge your card.

Sorry me again! 46 pages of evidence sent from EURO car parks, I know this is to scare me.. but I don’t know what to say to it.

Instead of showing it all to us, read through it with a critical eye and tell us how they have answered your main point about no hirer liability.

They have provided a trail of how they got the hirer details, with NTH sent to 2 companies and then named me. I can’t see they have responded to hirer liability. 

  I note they have said “ the appellant has confirmed that they  were driving when contravention occurred and to e breach of terms and conditions were no adhered to”

it then goes on to say I appealed it and it says I did not confirm or dispute that I was the driver on the day in question.
