As above   ( but NCP  )

Don't bother complaining about it to Gatwick Airport

The non driving,  not even in the country Registered Keeper has no legal liability because schedule 4 of Pofa2012 doesn't apply,  not relevant land

The complaint link for NCP is listed on the BPA AOS members list on its right hand side , the complaint being made by the RK and no blabbing about who was driving or about the incident itself,  just about no keeper liability so stop contacting me   !  Add any proof of being abroad at the time,  as proving that they were not the driver

Your husband as the RK should just make a formal complaint to NCP advising them that he was not the driver and cannot be liable because the location is not relevant land. Inform NPC that he is not legally obliged to identify the driver and declines to do so.

If he has evidence that he cannot have been the driver at the time, even better. He can sign off referring them to the answer given in Arkell v Pressdram (1971).
Ha! Just looked up the Arkell v Pressdram 'case' 😂

    Thanks for replies!

thanks for the info on where to find the complaints link. Have just drafted a response and will make sure it gets submitted (not by me, of course!) tomorrow. Appreciate the help.
