Just received a PCN for an overstay of 11 minutes on a 2 hour retail park. It was just before Christmas and horrendously busy.
Any thoughts?

Yep, you won't be paying; read the NEWBIES FAQS pinned Announcement thread and try PLAN A first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks. Struggling to navigate it at the moment on my phone. Can only appeal to IASCoupon-mad said:Yep, you won't be paying; read the NEWBIES FAQS pinned Announcement thread and try PLAN A first.0 -
Plan A - complaint to the retailer… In this case there are multiple retailer on the business park0

Odd. I am on my phone and the breadcrumb trail that the coloured writing in my signature tells you to click on, is right there at the top.Equaliser12345 said:

...and re this (below) you obviously complain to the site agent or any of the businesses. The entrance plinth probably identifies the managing agents.Equaliser12345 said:Plan A - complaint to the retailer… In this case there are multiple retailer on the business parkPRIVATE 'PCN'? Oh I can see it (hence I could see Plan A) but on a phone the thread isn’t at all well optimised.Coupon-mad said:

You misunderstand. I have just revived the notice via a leasing company. The PCN was for 22 December - hence why I said 3 weeks.KeithP said:

That's right - I didn't understand a leasing company was involved.Equaliser12345 said:

That makes it an entirely different situation.
Are you saying that all you have received is a copy of a PCN sent to the leasing company?
If so, then you need to be reading that part of the opening post - towards the bottom of that post - of the NEWBIES thread that discusses appeals to leasing companies.1 -
Ive got a thread with help from the guys above for a lease company and PCN. Good luck -2

Doesn’t seem to apply as it was neither a company car, corporate lessee or a windscreen PCN. Therefore the advice seems to be to appeal.KeithP said:
