My switch completed on 20th Feb and the £50 was paid into my regular saver today. I have removed the £50 as I have already paid in £250 this month to the regular saver. I have also withdrawn the £25 from the online saver

@Antbingley hi, that's three of us on here that switched out early, @bobeschism also did but doesn't seem to be bothered about the £50...

    Just a waiting game now.

I've reinstalled the Coop app :)
My switch completed on the 8th, and I opened the Saver on the 15th so I'll keep my eye on it in light of your recent email exchanges, thanks.
@harz99 @bobeschism Great news - my 60 days were up tomorrow but the £50 was credited to my lone savings account today 😀

Am away at the moment but hopefully we'll see my wife's £50 paid by our return on Monday, great news.

I'd deleted the app for the second time earlier this week thinking I was out of luck this time. However, just reinstalled after reading your post and whaddyaknow...the 50 quid was sitting waiting for me! Thanks for the notification!

I'm pleased to report that on opening the app this evening, my wife found £50 had been paid into her tracker savings account on the 11th, which has now gone to her Santander along with all but a small part of the savings money.👍

And today my wife had an email to say the £50 had been paid into her tracker...a mere 7 days after the payment was made!!!

Closed the savings account and received a closing statement in the post along with a letter that would have been appropriate for a current account closure. Fortunately the account number was that of the savings account.
  • It is stated form theie sitea:

To get the £75, you must have done the following by the 30th day after your switch completes:
    • make ten or more card or digital wallet transactions (pending transactions will not count)

    • set up and kept active the debit card in a digital wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet or Google Pay).

I have added my Coop debit card to Google Wallet but haven't used it yet. Although my debit card is connected, I prefer not to use my phone or Google Wallet for payments.

Regarding the requirement to complete ten or more card transactions within 30 days after my switch is finalized, can I meet this requirement by making online purchases using my card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV) instead of using Google Pay?

Any helps, inof lead, will be very much appreciated

From your post: '..make ten or more card transactions'. Seems clear?

And, if you're still confused, it worked for me.
