Sorry about having to change so much. It is a shame about Babs, and having to get a new sofa. Hopefully it will help you though. 

Sounds like a good appointment for getting contacts though so now you have a team to help if you need it.
Hope work and Occy health are just as supportive.

I'm so very sorry to hear about Babs, especially as you are so fond of her. 😢. I do hope you find her a lovely home and she's cared for as wonderfully as you have done. And the sofa too - these things are never cheap to replace. 

The good news is that hopefully the new lifestyle will make you feel so much better. My fingers are crossed for you. 🤞

What an appointment that was for you. I’m not surprised you couldn’t take it all in. What a shame Babs has to go…..I’m sure her new owner will love her as you do. Well done on your Dd for doing the deep clean for you 👏👏👏 Hopefully you’ll feel much better afterwards 🤞
I was in the support group for the ESA and didnt get the fuel allowance. I did get a letter saying I would then another saying I wouldn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️and i didn’t. How long until your state pension kicks in ?

It all seems to be moving quite quickly in terms of appointments now, and it's great you have people you can contact should you want advice.

And just a thought about the cleaning - curtains and blinds too, I guess? Even lightbulbs and tops of cupboards, and clothes that might have allergens on.

Yep it’s everything, I’m getting rid of my curtains in the living room anyway and the blinds on the patio doors, I already have replacement curtains which are luckily still in their sealed bags. All my clothes will have to be washed too

Hopefully the rehab thing helps your lung function and removing all the allergens from your home might make it easier on your body.  Do you have to wash all your clothes as they will have been in touch with Babs / sofa ? 

Yep clothes too ☹️ my daughters colleague is taking Babs so I know she’s going to a good home and she’ll have some friends

Thanks me too, I’m sad about Babs especially as they can’t say for certain if that’s the cause but I have to follow their advice so 🤷‍♀️

Yep clothes too, this would have been so much easier if I had had my appointment back in May when they said I would because we had lol that lovely sunny weather to dry all my clothes outside and now it’s damp

Thanks I’m sad about Babs but she’s going to a good home where she will have some friends. Occy health are just being occy health 😀

Yes it’s very sad I’ll miss her pootling round the garden ☹️ I might have come up with a solution for the sofa which I’ll update about 🙂
