Honestly, taxis seem to be so unreliable these days. I have heard several people say they have had problems. Maybe next time and Uber might be better than a normal taxi. Hope you don't have to wait too long for a rearranged appointment.

They are very unreliable here and it doesn’t help that this company bought others out so has a monopoly on the city.
