    Hi,

Having some major techie issues with ordering rewards.  Not getting the verification code and an oops message comes up about my email address.  I've been back and forth with agents.  Had to do the frustrating verification ID thingy, turn left, centre a million times.  They said I won't need to do the code thing anymore, but alas, I still do but still no code.

    Any suggestions?

mjm3346, thank you for your response.
Joined Y-live (after a recommendation from you) Feb 1st but whilst I agree that return for time is far far better than SB the volume is low, completed 5 short surveys so far for £13 so at present not a viable replacement for SB.
The effective hourly rate matters most to me (£12 that's taken 1 hour in a month over £24 for 100 hours every time) - at one stage Swagbucks was right up there with £60 to £80 a month possible just from letting videos play on a mobile that just needed glancing at occasionally to check they were still running and there were website tasks that also required almost zero input to earn - now all gone. (If you can get on them Consumer Pulse (potentially £12+ a month) and Pinecone (£3 a survey plus another £3 if that results in a product test) are the other 2 I use

I like the fun elements of SB but I think this voucher hike isn’t fair on its loyal workforce

Thanks mjm3346, unluckily (or luckily) I was late to the SB party so don't know any different (videos in background no effort sounds great) but given the recent changes and as I have now re-entered the workforce I am looking for alternatives to keep my better half in Amazon vouchers, could buy them but no fun.

I am, rightly or wrongly, feeling disrespected by SB. When the 'Amazon is free' comes up in family / friend discussions I have always strongly advised against joining because of time v money (nobody else has joined) but as my failed attempt at early retirement has demonstrated I have too much time v's other things.

doing SB is a hobby for me in some ways and I like the vouchers as I can treat myself to things from John Lewis or M&S without feeling guilty even though I work as well
