I started with SB last October using the £20 bonus offer via MSE. I was doing great with surveys, earning £230 in Paypal and then switched to Amazon vouchers when they upped Paypal to 625 SB for £5.
Seeing as I've got a landmark birthday soon I decided to go all out to get £100 in Paypal credit. I reached that, tried to redeem 10000 SB - nothing happened. I've tried to resolve this with their customer service but they're as useful as a chocolate teapot.
I'm absolutely gutted, I keep going back and forth with their customer service and getting nowhere. IF - and that's a big IF - it's ever resolved, I'll get whatever I'm due and call it a day.
****UPDATE**** - I had a very helpful reply from SB about an hour ago, and I finally got my £100 request verified - a great bonus for my birthday! Result!8 -
I am £42 into a £100 Amazon voucher but after reading comments decided to draw out at 2 x £3 a day. What a pain though after the 5 instants.0

At the moment, Amazon £1 and £3 cards are 100 SB for £1. The £100 card is also 100 SB for £1, but all the other cards (£5 to £50) are 125 SB for £1, so not worth choosing. The great risk with saving up for the £100 card is that there have been several reports of people having their accounts suddenly closed for no reason just as they got near to the total. I would rather have my earnings in dribs and drabs rather than risk losing them; and once applied to my Amazon account, the cards are good for ten years, so I can save up perfectly safely there. (Of course, if you never use Amazon, the above is of no use to you!)

For for me I’d rather have the JL or M&S vouchers as they are my treats and I like to shop there. I can buy things for myself or gifts so this new policy really p***** me off and it’s awful that SB can just terminate your account at the drop of a hat if you are trying for the £100..
Ooh I wonder if I can save vouchers and use to purchase gift vouchers for family but I would rather support British based companies itms0 -
I guess it's not really a new policy - it's just that the discounts were in place for so long that we got used to them. For most of the time I've been on Swagbucks, there were no discounts, or sometimes on one particular value (e.g. £25), which didn't last for long. Having discounts on everything was, I would guess, a reaction to Covid, which presumably led to a drop in Swagbucks' income so they wanted to tempt more users into joining, and staying once joined. But this is, of course, guesswork!
