Thanks for the info. I'd stopped bothering with the search for only 3 SB, but 4 makes it a bit more worthwhile so have just got one for that amount.

Yep, for years it was 25 (I would usually get at least 3 each time so 75 SB), cut to 13 last time and now another nibble down to 12 ( if I bothered that would be 36 SB for 3 instead of 75 SB)
  • I signed up on 5th May (using the MSE code) only to have my account ‘deactivated’ 24 hours later. I contacted their customer services team who now want me to complete their ID verification process using a ‘government issued ID’. Has anyone else experienced this? I am now having cold feet about proceeding any further. I don’t wish to put my personal security at risk all for the sake of an Amazon voucher…

Something they seem to be working through asking for (As far as I know no one has reported problems from doing this but lists of verified e-mail addresses sell for more than just e-mail addresses and when it comes to it I certainly won't provide them any info)

Theorem Reseach - 45SB survey. Screened out on the first question as my investible assets are under $1 million.

If I had $1 million dollars, I wouldn't be filling in surveys for a poxy amount of Swagbucks!
Here I go again on my own....

Yes they’re obsessed with your occupation and your purchasing power. The discovery surveys get worse. You used to get 1sb on thermo or in brain

Don't know how long it's about for but my first search just now got the 12 SB bill
  • I find that the tracking for playing games frequently fails.  Once they did give me the SB owed when I raised a query.  Normally they totally ignore me.  I lost £8  worth a couple of months ago,  I am currently owed another £40 worth, not an amount I can afford to lose, and customer service will not answer at all.  If anyone knows how to apply pressure, I would be very glad to hear.
It's odd because they add on the SB when there are tech glitches with surveys - which happens very often, every day, sometimes several times a day.
Maybe the 'play' customer service are different ...
When the games track ok, they can be very rewarding but they often fail ... about 5 so far this year.  And, I don't even try with an iPad, that seems to fail all the time.
