Morning all,
I hope the WAC was empty, although I confess I would have loved a cup of cocoa...
Yesterday was as busy as I thought it would be, and I slept like a log. I will be at home all day today apart from picking DD up from football at 5.30pm. It's her first proper match for the school team, she is very nervous, I am proud of her.
Today looks a bit like this:
- FUPA 10 million items of laundry
- Re-list cockerels as the chap didn't turn up very annoyingly....
- 8 hours paid stuff
- Money shuffle
- Keep both fires going
- Clean out hens
- Chat online with BT in an attempt to reduce my internet costs
- Post an ebay item
I think that will do for now.
Have fab days all xx

Morning all.
I was in the WAC but only because Poppet was. I had horlicks. Why does it not taste like it used to years ago?
Anyway, today. The throw on our bed is in the WM. That's it so far.
Have a fantastic day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.10 -

Are you at home too Fayolle ? 👋
I'm up, made my bed, had a brew, eaten breakfast, taken my meds, had a leisurely shower and washed my hair, got dressed, put all worn clothes in the laundry hamper and I'm ready to brave the dentist's for my check up at 9.25am.
On my way home I pass Mr Al, so I have my list and bags ready to take with me.
Also To Do Today List
Feed the birds
Put away groceries
Put out the recycling
WUDUPA
Laundry shuffle
Put fitted sheet back on my bed (I slept steak--bake style wrapped in the duvet last night.....I had to keep unrolling to let out the heat!)

Morning all, hope everyone is warm enough.
DW done, nearly finished. Pork joint in the slow cooker. Three children packed off to school, all clean(ish) and (relatively)tidy, with hairs brushed and, the girls, put into pony tails.
The meal out was very nice, if a little expensive. One starter between us and two mains. £78! And we only drank water. Maybe this is normal price. Last time we went, just two of us, to a restaurant was over twenty years ago. We have been to the chip shop, but I don't think that counts.
Need to; Hoover the stairs. Find and peel veg and potatoes for tea, feeding six again tonight and tomorrow. Do a load of washing and drying. Might venture out to the tunnel, if it's not too cold. Then children to collect and entertain.
Hugs to all, mumtoomany.xxx

because it used to have 58% barley/24% wheat and lots of sugar and now has 41% wheat/31% barley and has palm oil and no sugar. I could never stand the stuff.. definitely a cocoa girl.
Ooh... that eminds me i need to send someone out for milk.
Dot pjs through a heavy rinse cycle before we put anything else in with them.. She is still refusing to wear any kind of protection.. or wear it correctly.. I have however got everyone away to school!
Mr Spook had a burst abcess on his head which I cleaned last night and appears to be much better this morning.. we kept him in overniht and it had scabbed over so he may have escaped a vet visit.I have a couple of bills to pay.. I paid a chunk off the credit card last night so I could use that for the bills.. and I will pay it again on friday..1 form to fill outairers to clearI am really hungry this morning.. hopefully a cuppa will stop the tummy bears howling at me!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)10 -
Morning all, yes, I’m here, Round 👋
Thank you for the lists. Again, I will try to keep up and be more than a weekend flyer. In fact, we are off to exchange Christmas gifts with DSiL and DBiL this weekend, so that will scupper any Saturday flying. Weather permitting, of course, as over the past few days we have had it all. Rain, gales, floods, frost, snow. Even a bit of sunshine for a short while.
Day off from the paid stuff today. So far I have
stripped our bed and bunged the bedding in the wm
sorted out airing cupboard & clean washing
remade DD’s bed with clean bedding
hoiked some sausages out of the freezer to satisfy the carnivore for dinner.
I think that is it. All before DH surfaced 👿.I have a hair cut booked in the big town, so am grateful that the roads appear to be clear and I can give DD’s car a run out. And fill her up with petrol, of course, as no doubt that has been left for me to do. I have a list for the rest of the day as well, including trying to convince the hospital to sort out DD’s next appointment which they appear to have lost, sort out a Mr M delivery, run the vacuum cleaner around the bedroom once I have remade the bed. There is more, but I am even boring myself now.
Good luck to ASB’s DD for her match. You must be so proud after all that she has been through x
Have a lovely day ladies, I will report back later.
ETA - thanks to YL’s inspiration, I stuck to my Monday evening yoga plan. 1 week down…9
