I have sent the 2nd defence to CNBC and images of the permit to DCB Legal. Still struggling with the lease. The landlord has not given anyone contact details so I have no way of getting the lease. Nobody in the company seems to have it or have contact details for the landlord other than a name. I have googled but have found no contact details. Any ideas?

You were expecting that weren't you?   ;)

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.

No, it is not in the NEWBIES thread, nor in the bargepole thread.
As I said, you need to be looking at that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.
Where did you get the email address to file your Defence? That's where you need to be looking.

    Hi Keith,
Its on the newbies thread along with a link to bargepole for '12 steps of what you must do by when' and a 'template defence' thats what I used. It was all from the newbies thread I didnt have a checklist. The email address is also on the newbies thread. Could you please link the checklist?

By 'checklist' I meant the list of twelve steps.
You appear to have found that list of twelve steps.
Can you now read item 7 on that list?

Okay so ive now got the N180. I just had a quick question. They've got my surname wrong. They have my maiden name and not married name despite me informing the solicitors representing the claimant of this. So where it says 'Full name' I've put my actual married name even though the document is addressed to me as my maiden name. Is this okay?
