  • Mine went to plan, well the food did :)

Woke up around 10am lol after not going to bed til gone 3am that morning !

Eldest was in middle of dishing out pressies @ 11.30am & front door bell goes !!!! ARGH who on earth would come round to ours xmas day ! We dont know anybody lol

So we open door and its my BROTHER !! (long story, wont go into it, but havent seen him for 3 years as I disowned him lol)

Needless to say, us 3 turned into 4 for dinner, which I finally dished out at 1.45pm and he left at 5pm ish

It left us kinda short on food as I didnt plan for 4 people, but it was weirdly a very nice 'change'
Didnt like waking up to the sides being completely covered in washing up this morning though lol
But all in all it was good, very good :):)

Later that evening @ 7.45pm I got text from my brother to say thanks etc for the food & hospitality ! (shocked), along with him asking if he can join us today (boxing day) as he split from his girlfriend and is sleeping in his car & has nothing else to do !!

Erm spoke to my kids, who very nicely said 'mum I would rather it just be us' So I did the horrible deed of texting him this morn to say no sorry cant do....I feel so guilty ! but I couldnt allow him in our home again..Other than that, these past 2 days have been absolutely brilliant for us :) Yay :j
