We've had another knock on the door and another boot load taken. And we still have more. 🤣 However there is absolutely an end in sight and I said to DP if we get rid of no more it's okay now we can use the rest hidden in the bottom of raised beds. So it's all good 😁

They're brilliant. And on the lead up to moving we rewatched all their programmes (LLL) again!

well done on getting rid of tonnes of wood. You really did have so much stuffed everywhere!!!. It must be lovely to have some space, not you can see the space you can visualise what you want to do!

It’s great you got rid of lots of wood and helped others in the process!

It sounds like you have definitely made the right decision for your family with this move and even a loss in doing so would have been worth the peace of mind.

I also didnt realise re the location/kids issue at the last place, no wonder you wanted to move.  Glad they more settled..

I have a lot of stuff so the mere thought of moving argh! I rent always unfurnished but in this place all the white goods are mine too so even more to move when I do

I do think watching loads of LLL can only inspire you ;)

    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Morning all! Yes everyone was so grateful for the free wood they all kept asking if we wanted money but we told them they were doing us a favour. It was all soft wood and we were planning on buying a delivery of hard wood on top of what we had (I put my foot down at that 🤣). It was nice to get the alcohol though that will save us buying probably for the next year as we hardly drink any more! (Unless I have a very bad week 🙈).

I didn't ever want to put what the kids were going through as it had made national news at the time it wouldn't have been hard to find us from me posting that ... not that I care much if RL people read this and recognize me I was worried about the kids and repercussions for them. You see these things in movies where small towns are full of all the stories but you don't believe it 🤣🙈.

So today we've woken up and looked outside and it doesn't look any different for all that hard work 🥴 as it was all from sheds and garages and inside spaces lol. However the guy with a van also took a huge outside table for me. We found it hidden under pallets of anyone remembers? Well it had been used for chopping wood 🪓🪵🤣 shame really as it would have saved a few pence buying one. So we broke it up and he took that too. So I can see one big space where that was when I look out.

I start at 10 and I have plans to put into action for some self care for myself. I seem to have been blocked from starting them almost leaning towards self-sabotage but I think it was more exhaustion with life in general. And a CBA attitude. My energy is almost back to where it was pre sickness so this morning I will put some headphones in. I will walk into work and I'm going to have a look at how to listen to podcasts as ummmm I don't know how. And find something motivational. Then when I get home I generally have an hour to recoup on the sofa before dinner so I am planning on using this time to lock myself in my bedroom whilst DP is working and kids are generally either not home or locked in their rooms. And I will do some meditation, yoga and journalling if I need to. I have a general distrust of Drs I've probably said (after, I should say, medical things going wrong and also misdiagnosis it's not for no reason) so I look after my own mental and physical health for the most part. So I'm feeling I need a therapist. And it's just because I need to offload and moan 🤣🤣 so I've been using friends and DP and I don't want to do that any more as much of it leans towards gossip and I hate gossip. I'm going to journal and burn it and release it as it burns. This is how I used to deal with things and it works so well. I bought a new yoga mat and got home and guess what DP had found my yoga mat that we'd both been searching for for over a month!!??? Ugh? How weird. I gave DS my new one (fiver middle aisle deal) my old one and I have been through a lot together 🤣 it's twenty five years old lol. So this is my new plan.

Money wise I'm aiming for 20 NSD. This seems like a lot but I like a challenge 😉. I'm on two already. I'll put it into my sig as otherwise I lose count!.

Right off to do my lunch and see if my trainers are dry!

Thanks @CrazyBee787 my day was good I hope yours was too!

I walked into work and found out how to listen to podcasts - I know I'm way behind the times 😆.
I bubbled up my energy to protect myself from all the drama of today's group (there is a LOT). I did not sit in the office at lunchtime as I wanted to avoid moaning with everyone else (I kinda feel obliged to agree how bad everything is even when it isn't - that's such a fail in us humans that we all seem to bond best over misery rather than celebrations in life?!) I read my book (on my phone) and ate my lunch alone.

I have come home from work done my yoga and meditated. I've written my list of gratitudes and also grounded and done some visualisation and manifesting 😁.

Off to make some burgers and chips (I'm having mine on lettuce rather than yukky GF buns). DD has more teeth out tomorrow then her bands fitted on weds so I think she will be in a fair bit of pain for the rest of the week so this dinner is for her ❤️.

Not a nsd. I needed lettuce and I wanted the chocolate I bought 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️ balance right....?!
