@Watty1 - I love hearing the thought process behind getting rid of things! Good call on the mushroom coffees - the very thought makes me shudder 🤣🤣🤣 - so far OH & I have only found one electrolyte we both like - I'm tempted to have some sent from across the pond!
Over the past two weeks I've mostly decluttered things to the recycling bin & recycling bank, it's amazing how making space clears the mind as well as the physical environment even when it's at a slow methodical pace.4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! A lot of the decluttering for me is now about head space RT. Making space does indeed just clear the mind. Gradually I go over the space again and again. With my wardrobe I can now find and see what I have but it still needs another pass. With the kitchen cupboards I finally realised yesterday it is about admitting that my meals are fairly simple, slow cooker, tray bake, something with veg or pasta. So I want to use up the random ingredients that means the kitchen will be easier and calmer and less stressful.
The bathroom cupboards are the same, Use up and carefully consider what I really want to have. I have a lot of skin care stuff I am struggling with, a lot came as freebies with other stuff or in the bargain packs I bought at the charity shop when a local factory had a clear out and donated stuff that the packaging had changed on and I've realised it is ok to just release it rather than leave it. (Unused stuff can go to the food bank).
In the barn I use to store equine stuff and garden stuff I need to work out better storage and label things so that is an in progress job.

Latest email re potential planning, just couldn't make it up. A new government directive from July will exempt self build projects and small developments of less than a size (can't remember) so the proposal does not have to show biodiversity net gains and asking what I want to do ???? After all the research and emails and explanatory comments and maps and blah blah.
I have left it to the consultant to respond as it is beyond me now!

In other news I have been doing some research into the hormones I have prescribed privately and decided to try a different doctor. This came up a few times during NHS appointments with the surgeon saying they were not working as they should when he did the biopsy and to discuss further with prescriber.
I have dithered about this for the longest time due to the faff of getting another opinion but decided to try someone else. Appointment yesterday over zoom and the doctor was great. Clear explanations, went through all my tests, explained everything, suggested in the next couple of months she would like an up to date tests for a couple of things and why, recommended a book to read, told me of a scan she wanted (optional but her reasoning was sound), thinks revising exercise would help and chatted through counselling and my feelings around that.
I came out of appointment feeling heard and that we have a bit of a plan forming. She will not change current prescription without the test results so that might be a while but she also raised the point that getting prescription right might help mood.
So surprised, I was almost prepared for the consultant to be a waste of £200 but first impressions, she was really great.

Yes it was RT and in part inspired by your comment on another thread that private healthcare is worth paying for.
