I think it's important when improving your diet to make room for exceptions - you don't want to be the boring person who turns down all the delicious things your friends have put effort into making. A bit easier if you're eating out and can pick the option that will make you feel best.3

Nearly 5 pm and I have had a rare day of doing nothing other than mucking out and taking CC out. We only walked round the block as it was raining but I'm trying to do more with the horses. Afternoon nap. All very restful and all very unusual.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Hopefully CC wasn't ambushed by any pesky miniature goats!9

Something I find helps with anxiety going places is to make two visits. I plan to go somewhere and the first time I just get a feel for the place (cough find toilets and tea cough) then the second time is more relaxed and I can take more in.9

Thanks @WelshmansDaughter that was a tip I was given when I first started competing Most Handsome - go to the venue on a show day without him and find those bits, check out parking and feel familiar with the place.
It really did help. I thing going to places that require a lot of travelling is just not really an option for me just now so in that vain I will message my dentist and say we really need to find somewhere to fit an implant very close to wear I live. I appreciate that he is only going for those he feels are the best but the travelling times are too much. One option was a lovely man but it took me 2.5 hours to get there, I realise there are some issues around the implant but the reason I have not done it this year is major anxiety issues and I think it is time to come clean with my dentist over those. Dentist already knows my trauma as he refused to do some work whilst I was so exhausted and stressed by PPH and has only done it this past year when he felt my body could cope with the work)Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Got up late this morning, woke to a ringing phone but ignored it which was a mistake as it was the boiler engineer ringing to say he was 10 mins away. Very discombobulated morning so far as a result.
In financial news I checked vinted and discovered I had £95 in there. I can either cash out and put to credit card or spend. I have favourited a few items. I think by the end of the month with a prevailing wind I can clear credit card so - and thank you for whoever posted on here about buying new bras on vinted - I have found one of the lovely bras I bought for just £10 so am thinking of buying that and also checked the price of new boxed knickers and those too might be an option. I will have another rumbled around the site as I really would like a couple of thick jumpers this winter too.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Dusted self down from chaos of morning. Working through emails, heritage consultant has confirmed re planning (we need a heritage assessment of the site as the Laurel Hedges' house is listed) so appointment made and deposit for same paid. Am going to spend a chunk of the emergency pot on this project so all doable, it will just hit emergency pot - but - that is what it was built for, projects that may improve life either as genuine emergencies or to invest in a potential scheme. Environmental assessment to confirm this week what really needs doing. Then just need to find an architect. Am hopeful that planning consultant can find one who can take over the initial plans (he had some ideas)

We too were a bit discombobulated- no snow forecast, woke up to thick covering of snow on the velux windows! Garden showed it wasn't as thick on normal places, velux were flattering it a bit. Roads wet but clear. So, after thinking we were stuck, we decided to go for it and we had our planned trip to sainsbug and hopefully we are all set for many weeks other than milk and fresh. Sadly this means heating is set for skooshing through the oil as we are into winter proper now after weeks of mid teen temperatures. Ah well.
All sounding really positive keeping everything crossed for the reports

freezing here but no snow. I smiled at the forecast map I was looking at earlier where snow is forecast for tomorrow for a lot of the country including the south east where it is described as "wet snow" so that would be rain then

Cleared a drawer and threw away some old tops that no longer really work for me, and threw out a scalp conditioner for hair loss that just made my head itch. I've another couple of products by same firm to throw but was having a "ouch it cost me" moment - silly really as wigs cost substantially more. Right decision made from ramble. Will throw the rest when I go upstairs.
Whatsapp sent to dentist and he was just so sweet. Totally understands we just need to find me somewhere local, he doesn't know of anyone so if I do some research he will check them out and make sure he is happy with them which just felt so nice, so now that is progressing very slightly.
And then thinking of house goal, I have someone coming to clean the ovens next month. I've wanted to get this done ever since we started restoring the place into my home. One more bit of PPH gone (he was messy in the last years here).
Then having fun I have decided to use the £95 I found in Vinted to buy myself some items that would fill wardrobe gaps but here is the deal which you can hold me to - for every item I buy I must list one!
