Thanks everyone. The project remains on the "ifs and maybes" list. I'm not counting on it but just taking a step, considering the next step and taking that. The next step is to find a consultant with experience so I have the best chance of getting the permission then doing the necessary surveys etc and applying.
Lovely evening yesterday. VNM and I took the bottle of wine we won at the harvest supper to the yard and sat at the powder coated table with our glasses of wine and WattyDog and just chatted. WattyDog found a ball. I had hidden all the balls when his back problem first started but he found one in amongst the apple trees and was so proud of himself.
Naturally we played ball very gently for hours and WattyDog was so happy. Perfect evening. This morning WattyDog a little sore as he clearly overdid it, as did I with the wine I must admit but we will recover Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
