Sounds like everyone has been very busy sorting out wardrobes etc. I find it very therapeutic to have a good clear out. Did you ever do anything more with your pre-loved clothes business @helensbiggestfan - I think I am right in thinking it was something you were dabbling in?

Not really done much fabbing this week as have been working but have Friday/Saturday/Sunday off so will do a bit of home pampering - hopefully a manicure and a face pack.

Healthy eating regime is going fairly well although I only lost half a pound last week - still a loss is a loss and I’m fairly happy with that.

Take care in the cold everyone - think it is supposed to ease off a bit after tomorrow down in the South where I am.

Congratulations on the weight loss @helensbiggestfan 👏👏👏.

I haven’t had a massage for ages - think it was March last year when I had a spa day. Must try and fit one in soon as my neck and shoulder muscles do get quite tight - especially in this cold weather.

Not up to much this weekend so I am going to use the opportunity to do a face pack and manicure - I have just been using a treatment on my nails since Christmas and they are looking better now. Has anyone else tried the Nailberry range of polishes? They aren’t cheap but I find they really do last well and they let your nails ‘breathe’.

I have noticed this last week that on the brighter days, it isn’t getting dark until about 4.45pm here now - a little promise of things to come 😀.

Have a lovely weekend all - whatever you are up to.

Craving sunlight also.  Going to give myself a pedicure this morning. My feet are a mess and it seems to be one of those luxury things that never happen!  Off to run some hot water to start.

  • We have sun as well. To look out the window you'd think it was spring, but my weather app tells me it is still 1c and feels like -3c. Not venturing out past the bins today. Will do some online exercise in a bit once I've finished all my online admin type stuff I need to do and trying to find a winter coat to order.

    Hello fellow fabbers 😁

Still extremely cold here but bright and sunny 🌞 - went for a long walk on Sunday - well it was long for me, approx. 4 miles according to my Fitbit. I am very lucky to live in rural North Dorset so we have lots of lovely walks on our doorstep.

Day off today and I am catching up with some housework etc. so home fabbing rather than ‘me fabbing’.

Hope you are all managing to stay warm in this chilly weather 🥶

    Good Morning Lovely Ladies

How are we all.  Are we getting more fabulous by the day.😂. Can't say I feel or look better yet.  I'm finding the caffeine reduction very hard going, but I'm determined not to give up.  I am actually almost there.  Just need to stick it out and I'm sure I will reap the rewards.  I keep telling myself it will be worth it.  I have been drinking regular coffee for over 60 years and tea for even longer than that, so it's hardly surprising I am finding it such a trial.

To quit both sugar and caffeine within a three month period is asking rather a lot of myself but hey I am nearly done.   Well I have always been an all or nothing kind of girl. 😂.

Lovely bright day here although still bitterly cold.  Will aim to stretch my legs when it warms up a bit.

No real news, just need to keep on, keeping on,  remembering the compound effect.

Small tweaks taken consistently will, over time, lead to life changing results.

Not fab, struggling rather with the cold as I live in a rural area and have horses, one of which is on what in human terms would be "bed rest".

I'm single work full time and struggling but on the positives I got up, cleaned my teeth, have clean underwear and have used a moisturiser and my hair is tied up.  I dont feel fab but I do feel competent and that is good enough for today. I've had a healthy breakfast and I've a healthy salad planned for lunch.
