ive had no problem selling bif items on ebay....at least this one is light.....some were twice the size and almost 25kg

Orederd on xmas day for delivery, promised 31/12 and didn't arrive. 2 calls to CS and they said out of stock, and mine lost in the system but if I would go to Enfield and collect, they would refund delivery charge AND pay me 29p a mile mileage!

At the store 2 incredibly nice managers went out of their way to help and one called Elliott gave me a £10 goodwill gift voucher (valid until 2011) in lieu of the mileage, so I got the Roboreptile AND £2.01 profit!

(and yes, for the pedantics I accept that it isn't pure profit as I did drive there and ring them etc, but I feel good).:beer:
